A brownie that swallowed up a lava cake! More precisely, a delicious dark chocolate brownie with a soft caramel centre, topped with a toasted campfire-style marshmallow!
To create this brownie, we moved away from the traditional square shape (sacrilegious, we know!). In fact, we had to alter its shape to make room for its gooey caramel heart. The extra-bitter chocolate exterior is just cooked enough to retain the caramel heart, and on top, we’ve dropped a delicate homemade marshmallow.
All our brownies may be kept for 2 months in the fridge.
Gently warm it in the oven or microwave for an even smoother treat, but careful not to over-heat it, otherwise, you’ll break its heart!

Ce brownie est de taille correcte. Il sent très bon et sa texture est agréable. Le coeur est vraiment coulant et la guimauve bien moelleuse. Quand j'ai des insomnies la nuit, je sors de mon lit et me dirige vers la cuisine pour manger un brownie intense. Et mon bonheur est intense! Ensuite je me recouche et en général, je me rendors sans problème. Est-ce le chocolat qui me fait du bien? J'en suis persuadée. Alors si vous aussi vous avez des problèmes de sommeil, essayez-les.

J'adore Juliette et Chocolat et mais là, je ne comprends pas. Les sacs style ziploc m'ont fait douter du produit. Ça fait, entreprise à domicile. Pas très professionnel. Effectivement, il faut ajouter du temps à la cuisson. Mais même une fois cuit, la texture est granuleuse et très désagréable. J'ai tout jeter à la poubelle..

Lacunes à corriger
Lorsque ma petite-fille a ouvert l'emballage de la préparation pour brownie, lot numéro 211217-1720, que j'avais commandé avec le panier de la St-Valentin, j'ai été très surprise, pour ne pas dire perplexe. L'emballage contenait uu sac de type Ziploc, NON SCELLÉ, contenant la préparation pour brownie. Oh! Côté contrôle de qualité et salubrité, je me posais des questions. N'importe quel malveillant pourrait ajouter quelque chose dans le sac de type Ziploc, car il n'est pas scellé.
De mémoire, lorsque j'ai commandé la préparation pour brownie au tout début du mois de février, il y avait 2 choix: Blondie caramel salé et Chocolat intense. J'avais sélectionné Chocolat intense. L'odeur qui se dégageait de la préparation avant la cuisson était alléchante, certe, mais n'était pas ce que je pensais avoir commandé. On voyait des petits éclats de chocolat dans la préparation, mais la couleur de la pâte était couleur café. Ma petite-fille et moi nous sommes dit que la préparation allait probablement foncir en cuisant. Malheureusement non. Une fois le brownie refroidi, nous nous sommes tranché un morceau et y avons goûté. C'était spécial de voir une ligne de caramel en plein centre des brownie (j'ai pris une photo). Encore une fois, le goût était bon, mais ce n'était pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Merci. Fabienne, Laval

Trop déçue du résultat. On paie 14$ pour la boîte et le résultat ne ressemble pas DU TOUT au brownie intense servi chez Juliette. La pâte n’était ni brune ni chocolatée et la texture finale après cuisson était celle d’un gâteau plutôt qu’un brownie.

La chaleur qui est apportée par le piment fort est d’autant plus échauffant après un promenade d’hiver. Une belle chaleur reste en gorge mais pas trop. Bien équilibré dans les saveurs et onctueux dans sa texture. Attention de ne pas surchauffer le lait lors de la préparation car cela affecte l’odeur de certaines épices (mais pas le goût).

J'avais acheté trois saucissons pour donner comme cadeaux de Noël; mon mari, mon frère et mon beau-frère/ un chacun.
Mon mari a adoré, les deux autres n'ont pas encore goûté. Pour ma part, j'ai aimé mais j'ai eu un goût de noix vieillies, dans quelques bouchées.

Étant celiac je trouves que votre logo indiquant « sans gluten » induit en erreur malgré que votre produit est fait de base avec des ingrédients normalement sans gluten. Peut-être enlever le logo serait une bonne idée.

Je viens d'essayer pour la première fois une tartinade de Juliette et Chocolat. C'est absolument délicieux peu de produits concurrents sont aussi savoureux. Je vais maintenant essayer d'autres tartines. Bravo J et C!!!

All our brownies may be kept for 2 months in the fridge.
Served cold, its texture is solid but melts in your mouth. Warm it in the oven for a few minutes or in the microwave for a few seconds for an even smoother treat (go ahead and eat it by the spoonful!). Even better – enjoy it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A classic!

J’ai reçu une boîte de cubies pour la St-Valentin et ils ont l’air trooooop bons! J’ai éte déçue de voir sur la boîte le mot “arachides”, y étant allergique, mais j’ai pensé qu’ils étaient sûrement emballés indivudellement pour éviter la contamination. Mais non! En 2023, c’est quand même étonnant… Je suis venue sur le site pour voir si je pouvais m’en acheter une boîte sans arachides (comme les brownies qu’on peut sélectionner), mais non… Je vais devoir m’en passer!
