A brownie that swallowed up a lava cake! More precisely, a delicious dark chocolate brownie with a soft caramel centre, topped with a toasted campfire-style marshmallow!
To create this brownie, we moved away from the traditional square shape (sacrilegious, we know!). In fact, we had to alter its shape to make room for its gooey caramel heart. The extra-bitter chocolate exterior is just cooked enough to retain the caramel heart, and on top, we’ve dropped a delicate homemade marshmallow.
All our brownies may be kept for 2 months in the fridge.
Gently warm it in the oven or microwave for an even smoother treat, but careful not to over-heat it, otherwise, you’ll break its heart!

Lorsque ma petite-fille a ouvert l'emballage de la préparation pour brownie, lot numéro 211217-1720, que j'avais commandé avec le panier de la St-Valentin, j'ai été très surprise, pour ne pas dire perplexe. L'emballage contenait uu sac de type Ziploc, NON SCELLÉ, contenant la préparation pour brownie. Oh! Côté contrôle de qualité et salubrité, je me posais des questions. N'importe quel malveillant pourrait ajouter quelque chose dans le sac de type Ziploc, car il n'est pas scellé.
De mémoire, lorsque j'ai commandé la préparation pour brownie au tout début du mois de février, il y avait 2 choix: Blondie caramel salé et Chocolat intense. J'avais sélectionné Chocolat intense. L'odeur qui se dégageait de la préparation avant la cuisson était alléchante, certe, mais n'était pas ce que je pensais avoir commandé. On voyait des petits éclats de chocolat dans la préparation, mais la couleur de la pâte était couleur café. Ma petite-fille et moi nous sommes dit que la préparation allait probablement foncir en cuisant. Malheureusement non. Une fois le brownie refroidi, nous nous sommes tranché un morceau et y avons goûté. C'était spécial de voir une ligne de caramel en plein centre des brownie (j'ai pris une photo). J’ai bien reçu ma commande qu’on a laissé à ma porte sans avoir sonné……une chance que j’ai sorti de la maison tôt car j’aurais trouvé du chocolat au lait à la place car il faisait un gros soleil lundi le 26 février. Pas très brillant…….
De plus, lorsque j’ai placé ma commande on indiquait que si je m’enregistrais pour l’info lettre j’avais droit à 15% de rabais que je n’ai jamais eu……pas une très belle expérience .

A little background on giant cookies
In our tiny child’s hands, cookies were huge! That was part of the fun: holding a warm chocolate chip-packed cookie with both hands and taking a big bite, knowing there was much more cookie to enjoy! Our love for cookies hasn’t changed, but we devour them far too quickly, so… We made giant cookies! Only these monstrous cookies can make the decadent pleasure last.
Our monster cookies were handmade in our chocolate laboratory with one mission in mind: to make you (alright, and us!) happy!

A velvety white-chocolate brownie paired with dreamy toasted coconut: inspired by the traditional coconut macaroon!
To make the delectable Ivory brownie, we prepare a rather liquid batter, allowing it to cook longer at a lower temperature without drying out; this gives the brownie its caramelization and smooth, creamy texture.
All our brownies may be kept for 2 months in the fridge.
The Ivory is even better warmed for a few minutes in the oven or a few seconds in the microwave. And for the cherry on top, enjoy it with a scoop of dark chocolate ice cream or coconut sorbet!
All of our brownies are made by hand in our very own chocolate laboratory with recipes developed by us, for you (alright, they’re for us too!). We make them all gluten-free, because everyone should be able to enjoy this perfect treat; the classic fudgy, chocolaty brownie!

Dans l'annonce il étaient emballées dans des emballage individuels et un panier cadeau hors ce que j'ai reçu étaient fans des boîtes tout ensemble j'ai été déçu car c'était pour des cadeaux et ils n'étaient pas dans des emballage individuels donc pas pratique du tout. Vous devriez changer votre photo. Et ils ne sont pas identifié donc on ne sait pas lequel exactement que l'on mange

Le plaisir de goûter à vos brownies est addictif. Nous ne pouvions pas nous restreindre à un brownie par personne. Nous avons manger le contenu de deux boîtes en une semaine. Il nous fallut de la discipline pour arrêter avant d'entamer la troisième boîte, question de faire durer le plaisir.

This chocolate bar is our version of the classic Florentine. We make it with our 56% cocoa dark chocolate, roasted almonds, liquid honey and crystallized orange peels.
To make sure all the nut and fruit flavors meld and combine with the dark chocolate, we make a roasted almond paste and we incorporate the honey and crystallized orange peels. We then lay out this paste into a flat cookie that we coat with dark chocolate.
