Each piece pairs a thin, crisp shell with a generous, melt-in-the-mouth interior. Crafted weekly in our Chocolate Atelier with Belgian chocolate, our bonbons are filled with house-made caramels, pralinés, and fruit compotes.
Storage: up to 2 months refrigerated, or 1 week at room temperature (max. 20 °C / 68 °F).

These chocolate confections have a thin, crunchy chocolate shell and luscious, flowing centers. They are crafted in our Chocolate Atelier with Belgian chocolate and filled with our house-made caramels, pralinés, and fruit compotes.
All our bonbons are made weekly at our Atelier. They keep for two months in the refrigerator, and one week at room temperature (around 20 °C maximum).
