A brownie that swallowed up a lava cake! More precisely, a delicious dark chocolate brownie with a soft caramel centre, topped with a toasted campfire-style marshmallow!

To create this brownie, we moved away from the traditional square shape (sacrilegious, we know!). In fact, we had to alter its shape to make room for its gooey caramel heart. The extra-bitter chocolate exterior is just cooked enough to retain the caramel heart, and on top, we’ve dropped a delicate homemade marshmallow.

All our brownies may be kept for 2 months in the fridge.

Gently warm it in the oven or microwave for an even smoother treat, but careful not to over-heat it, otherwise, you’ll break its heart!

All of our brownies are made by hand in our very own chocolate laboratory with recipes developed by us, for you (alright, they’re for us too!). We make them all gluten-free because everyone should be able to enjoy this perfect treat; the classic fudgy, chocolaty brownie!

You can finally discover all the creamy richness of Juliette’s famous hot chocolate from the comfort of your home.

This box of rich and creamy hot chocolate makes 4 individual portions that are ready in no time. In a small saucepan, warm 250 ml milk or water, to your taste (water will bring out the cocoa flavour while milk makes your hot chocolate into a velvety smooth drink), and add 1 portion of chocolate powder. Slowly bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Serve very hot with your morning toast and jam, or with cake and marshmallows for a devilishly sweet treat.

This recipe can also be prepared in ahead of time; refrigerate it and whip it with ice for a frosty treat!

These pop lollipops are chocolate sticks filled with gourmet surprises to melt in a large bowl of hot milk. By shaking them in your hot drink, you can make a delicious hot chocolate at home. And if your lollipop has any chocolate left, you can eat it like that as a reward.

They are handmade in our choco laboratory. They're available online and in all our restaurants.

A delicious milk chocolate lollipop with caramelized hazelnut bits.

This lollipop is a stick covered with chocolate and hazelnut bits that you just have to melt in a big bowl of hot milk. As you stir it in your bowl, all the chocolate flavor is released and turns it into delicious hot chocolate. If any chocolate gets stuck to your lollipop, you can eat it just like that.

To make a delicious homemade hot chocolate, simply stir it into a large bowl of hot milk. The chocolate and marshmallow will melt gently into your drink. All you have to do is enjoy it comfortably on your sofa.

How to enjoy this delicious lollipop? For the most impatient and greedy, you can crunch it as is. For the others, we advise you to dip it in a big bowl of hot milk. By stirring it gently, all the dark chocolate and salted caramel chips will melt and give way to a completely decadent hot chocolate.

A box of 16 Belgian chocolate bonbons featuring 5 different varieties:

• 4 truffles with a delicate shell of crunchy dark chocolate and a silky, flowing caramel interior infused with fleur de sel.
• 3 dark chocolate bonbons filled with a smooth ganache made from Grand Cru dark chocolate from Peru, 64% cocoa.
• 3 milk chocolate bonbons decorated with yellow dots, featuring a two-layer interior with contrasting flavors and textures: a tangy passion fruit compote and a crispy hazelnut praline.
• 3 milk chocolate bonbons decorated with pink dots, containing a strawberry compote and a peanut butter ganache. It’s the classic “peanut butter and jelly sandwich” in a chocolate!
• 3 blond chocolate bonbon, filled with spéculoos praline and crunchy spéculoos biscuit inclusions.

These exquisite confections feature a fine layer of crisp chocolate and delectable, flavorful fillings. They are handcrafted in our Chocolate Workshop using Belgian chocolate and filled with our homemade caramels, pralines, and fruit compotes.

All our bonbons are freshly made each week in our Atelier. They can be stored for two months in the refrigerator or one week at room temperature (maximum 20°C).

Please note that our bonbons are presented in colorful gift boxes, with box colors subject to variation.
