Maurice the woolly Easter sheep is made of 33% cocoa milk chocolate and is covered with a cotton candy “fleece”!

Maurice loves grazing outside and isn’t afraid of the cold, but he does have a phobia of rain (which could melt his fleece), so he never goes anywhere without his umbrella.

His biggest dream? To land a leading role in a remake of “Chocolat,” the sheep version of course.

Maurice the sheep is molded and assembled in our Chocolate Workshop and weighs 200 g.

He is available for delivery and in Juliette & Chocolat restaurants, as well as at the Atelier boutique located at 1420 Victoria in Greenfield Park.

The Speculoos Surprise Egg is molded in 33% cocoa milk chocolate and filled with our smooth, melt-in-your-mouth Speculoos spread. The exterior is coated with crushed Speculoos biscuits, creating a treat that is creamy, crunchy, and wonderfully long-lasting on the palate!

But what is Speculoos?

Speculoos biscuits, also known in Belgium — where they originate — as “Saint Nicholas biscuits,” are shortbread-style cookies delicately flavored with cinnamon and warm spices.

Speculoos exists both as a biscuit, crisp and caramelized, and as a spread. This spread is made by finely grinding the biscuits until they become a thick, aromatic paste. It can be spread on bread, added to ice cream, or used as a filling in chocolate creations — like our Easter Surprise Egg!

Speculoos gives our Surprise Egg a rich, caramelized, and silky flavor that lingers beautifully. A pleasure to share and savor slowly.

 The Pistachio Surprise Egg features a silky milk chocolate shell, a crunchy exterior coated with toasted phyllo pastry flakes, and a molten interior generously filled with our crunchy pistachio spread!

We craft the Pistachio Surprise Egg in our Chocolate Atelier located at 1420 Victoria Avenue in Greenfield Park (come say hello — we’re open to the public!), where we mold the eggs in Belgian chocolate, decorate them, and fill them with our own pistachio cream.

Our Pistachio Surprise Egg is completely unique — wonderfully crunchy and exceptionally delicious!

The Hazelnut Praline Surprise Egg features a silky Belgian milk chocolate molded shell, an exterior coated with roasted hazelnut pieces, and a generous filling of our cocoa-hazelnut praliné spread.

This egg was born from our desire to create a completely different Easter egg — so indulgent and so molten that you’ll want to dive right in! To fill it, we use our own cocoa-hazelnut spread, with its rich chocolate flavor and lingering notes of roasted hazelnuts. The pairing of smooth milk chocolate and our Tartinette is pure gourmet bliss.

The marshmallow-caramel surprise egg has two milk chocolate shells enclosing a smooth, creamy marshmallow and a slightly salted homemade caramel, and is decorated on its inner shell with crunchy Speculoos cookie pieces! A delicious Easter egg, sweet and delightfully gooey.

Our surprise Easter eggs are first molded with a layer of 33% cocoa Belgian milk chocolate decorated with colored white chocolate lines, then filled with their gooey, melting interior, and finally molded a second time to seal in all the hidden flavors. Lastly, before the chocolate of the second shell sets, the inside is sprinkled with crunchy toppings.

The marshmallow-caramel surprise egg is very gooey thanks to its smooth, melting marshmallow center and golden Breton caramel, and has just the right amount of crunch from its caramelized cookie crumbs.

A completely unique Easter egg—extra filled and extra indulgent. A pleasure to share and savor slowly.

Roussette the small chocolate hen has one thing she likes above all else: sunbathing. As soon as the sun is out, she grabs her towel and heads out. Her challenge: not melting!

Rousette is made from Belgian 35% milk chocolate and weighs 125g, She has a younger sister who weighs 160g.

Miro is an Easter bunny made of 55% semi-sweet dark chocolate, decorated with colorful nonpareils.

A true sweet tooth, Miro the bunny always carries candy with him! He enjoys treats whenever he feels like it — no matter the time of day!

Miro is a chocolate Easter creation, handcrafted by our chocolatiers. Made with dark chocolate, he weighs 160 g.

A soft-boiled egg made entirely from chocolate!

Crafted from milk chocolate, white chocolate, and for the eggshell blond chocolate, the egg is filled with a hazelnut praline mousse with crunchy caramelized hazelnut bits.

A chocolate montage that is surprisingly realistic and incredibly delicious, sur to please the eyes and the palate.

The chocolate soft-boiled egg is an Easter exclusive.

Grognon the small Easter gnome does not like to be tickled! 

Grognon is made in our Chocolate Lab with two types of Belgian chocolate: milk 33% cocoa chocolate, and white chocolate. He weighs 100g.

Mischievous has more than a few tricks up his large blue hat. He loves playing practical jokes, so never let him out of your sight. You’ve been warned.

Mischievous the gnome is a Chocolate Easter confection; an artisanal creation by our chocolatiers. He is made of 33% milk chocolate, has a dark chocolate beard, and weighs 200g.

Penelope the Easter hen is funny and curious! Her favorite pastime: watching reality TV shows! 

Penelope is crafted in our Atelier from Belgian dark 55% cocoa chocolate. She is available here online, as well as in our restaurants and at our Atelier.

Ricardo the chocolate ram is busy, what with having to defend the flock of sheep from intruders (we all remember the terrifying incident a few years back when a chocolate wolf disguised as a sheep tried to infiltrate the flock!).

Ricardo is made in our Chocolate Lab from milk and white chocolate and is filled with crunchy Spéculoos praline, he weighs 70g.
