Two very unusual brownies!

Brownies are a love story at Juliette & Chocolat!

Juliette's brownie adventure began with the creation of our Intense Brownie , very soft and very, very chocolatey, and continued with the creation of our Ivory Brownie , a white chocolate and coconut brownie.

These two brownies are made in our Atelier with the finest ingredients, including Belgian chocolate, and using a unique method that makes them very soft, and they have remained among our best sellers ever since their creation!

Because it didn't stop there! As the creative brownie craze took hold of our team of talented chocolatiers and pastry chefs, we continued to test and create ever crazier brownies! And now we regularly make no fewer than 25 different brownies !

This ranges from the Classic Brownie ; our nut brownie, to the Cheesecake Brownie (a two-tiered brownie, a layer of soft dark chocolate brownie and on top a layer of creamy cheesecake), through to the Speculoos Brownie , which incorporates the flavor of the speculoos biscuit, this Belgian specialty with a caramelized and slightly spicy taste.

But if there are two brownies that represent our unusual and creative take on this unique treat, they are Crème Brulée and S'mores brownies.

Both are very elaborate brownies, involving several steps in their preparation, for a completely decadent result!

The Crème Brulée brownie features a layer of rich, gooey dark chocolate brownie topped with a layer of vanilla crème brûlée. When served, whether in our restaurants or in our Atelier boutique, we sprinkle it with sugar and caramelize it with a blowtorch to create a layer of hard, crunchy caramel! The combination of the textures of the brownie and cream, the flavors of the dark chocolate and vanilla, and the crunchy caramel layer create a divine result!

As for the S'mores brownie , it's a dark chocolate brownie whose center we fill with our famous Breton caramel with fleur de sel to give it a runny center! It's then decorated with a small homemade marshmallow hat that we place with a pastry bag and toast with a blowtorch. Here too, the combination of textures and flavors, not to mention the visual pleasure of cutting into the brownie and seeing its caramel center run is a treat!

These two brownies, handmade in our Chocolate Workshop, are much more elaborate than the classic brownie recipe, requiring many steps and multiple baking cycles. But the result is worth it! These are decadent and delicious treats unlike any other in the world of desserts!

When we serve it, whether in our restaurants or in our Workshop boutique, we sprinkle it with sugar which we caramelize with a pastry torch to create a hard, crunchy caramel layer! The combination of textures of the brownie and cream, the flavors of dark chocolate and vanilla, with the crunchy caramel layer results in a divine taste experience!

As for the S'mores brownie, it is a dark chocolate brownie whose center we fill with our famous Breton salted caramel to give it a molten heart! It is then decorated with a little homemade marshmallow hat that we pipe on top and that we then torch. Here too, the combination of textures and flavors, not to mention the visual pleasure of cutting into the brownie and seeing its heart of caramel flow is a delight!

These two brownies, handcrafted in our Chocolate Workshop , are much more elaborate than the classic brownie recipe and require many steps and several baking stages. But the result is worth it! They are decadent and unparalleled treats in the world of desserts!
