Introducing our latest chocolate bar: the Matcha chocolate bar.

White chocolate 28% with Matcha green tea, crunchy raspberry bits and puffed rice. A marriage between white Belgian chocolate, smooth and caramelized, and Japanese Matcha, an aromatic green tea with vegetal notes, which owes its unique color to the chlorophyll it contains.

The Matcha used comes from the Montreal branch of the Sakao family company, whose parent company is based in Tokyo and which has been cultivating its Matcha in Japan for four generations.

If you have a very sweet tooth, you can find this bar in our 3 or 5 bar chocolate boxes for maximum pleasure.

This chocolate bar is made in Quebec at our chocolate laboratory by our chocolatiers.

A surprising milk chocolate lollipop with fruity and sweet candies.

These pop lollipops are chocolate sticks filled with gourmet surprises to melt in a large bowl of hot milk. By shaking them in your hot drink, you can make a delicious hot chocolate at home. And if your lollipop has any chocolate left, you can eat it like that as a reward.

They are handmade in our choco laboratory. They're available online and in all our restaurants.

A delicious milk chocolate lollipop with caramelized hazelnut bits.

This lollipop is a stick covered with chocolate and hazelnut bits that you just have to melt in a big bowl of hot milk. As you stir it in your bowl, all the chocolate flavor is released and turns it into delicious hot chocolate. If any chocolate gets stuck to your lollipop, you can eat it just like that.

To make a delicious homemade hot chocolate, simply stir it into a large bowl of hot milk. The chocolate and marshmallow will melt gently into your drink. All you have to do is enjoy it comfortably on your sofa.

Homemade salted caramel bits cleverly mixed into dark chocolate.

How to enjoy this delicious lollipop? For the most impatient and greedy, you can crunch it as is. For the others, we advise you to dip it in a big bowl of hot milk. By stirring it gently, all the dark chocolate and salted caramel chips will melt and give way to a completely decadent hot chocolate.

Speculoos pronounced “speck-you-lows”, also known as Saint Nicholas cookies, are spiced shortbread cookies that originate in Belgium. Although everyone has a different variation of the cookie, the most common distinct ingredients are: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and, of course, butter. The cookies are divine and can be used to create brilliant recipes such as cheesecakes, chocolate bonbons, crumbles, ice-cream cookie sandwiches and so much more. Our spread is therefore very tasty and will satisfy all those with a sweet tooth. The caramel touch creates a delicious balance and tickles your taste buds.

Ricardo the chocolate ram is busy, what with having to defend the flock of sheep from intruders (we all remember the terrifying incident a few years back when a chocolate wolf disguised as a sheep tried to infiltrate the flock!).

Ricardo is made in our Chocolate Lab from milk and white chocolate and is filled with crunchy Spéculoos praline, he weighs 115g. He is available exclusively on the online boutique for Easter.
