We make these brittle in our Chocolate Lab, first by pouring sheets of our caramel cooked so that when it hardens it becomes brittle and crunchy. We then dip it in smooth Belgian milk chocolate with inclusions of roasted and salted nuts.
This intensely chocolatey snack marries crunchy and smooth textures with sweet and salty flavor notes. A delight!
