Our chocolate desserts: brownies, cookies and molten-heart fondants

Juliette & Chocolat first won people over with our famous brownies, our giant cookies, and our molten-heart fondants. All of them are handcrafted, in small batches, in our Chocolate Atelier in Greenfield Park, on Montréal's South Shore, from simple ingredients: fine Belgian chocolate, local butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and a lot of love.

Our Juliette & Chocolat brownies

Our brownie collection includes over thirty flavors. A few must-tries:

  • For lovers of the classic, our Classic Dark Chocolate Brownie, with toasted sliced almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts.
  • For a decadent brownie, our S'mores Brownie with its molten caramel center and torched marshmallow on top, or our Brookie, a perfect mix of our intense brownie and a cookie.
  • For specific diets, our Vegan Praline Brownie, decadent without compromising on flavor.

All our brownies are gluten-free (but may have been in contact with traces of gluten in our Atelier). Available individually or in boxes of 6, on our online shop and in our boutiques.

Our Monster Cookies

Remember those cookies that seemed so huge when you were a kid? We do. That's why we created our Monster Cookies: very large cookies, crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, and all filled with a molten heart.

Among our classics:

  • The Cookiewolf: vanilla, dark chocolate chips, almonds, and a molten dark chocolate ganache center.
  • The Abominable Snow Cookie: topped with brownie chunks, marshmallow center. The most decadent.
  • The Hulkookie: dark chocolate cookie, pistachio cream center, crunchy knafeh inclusions. For pistachio fans.
  • The Dracookie: for a fruity twist, with strawberry compote.

Available individually, or in packs of 2, 4 or 6.

Our molten-heart fondants

Also known as lava cakes, our molten-heart fondants are half-baked chocolate cakes whose center stays runny when you dip your spoon in. A few flavors in the catalog:

  • The Dark Chocolate Fondant: pure, intense, classic.
  • The Salted Caramel Fondant: salted caramel center.
  • The Hazelnut Praline Fondant: our newest, with a pure hazelnut praline center.

Serve warm, after 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave. Ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.

Handcrafted at our Atelier

All our desserts are handcrafted, in small batches, in our Chocolate Atelier in Greenfield Park, on Montréal's South Shore, by our team of chocolatiers and pastry chefs. They're available on our online shop (with delivery across Canada) and in all our Juliette & Chocolat restaurants.

Frequently asked questions

Are your desserts gluten-free? Our brownies and fondants are made with gluten-free ingredients, but may contain traces of gluten. Our cookies, however, contain gluten.

How long do they keep?

  • Brownies: 1 week in the fridge, up to 1 month in the freezer.
  • Cookies: 1 week in the fridge. Reheat for 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave to bring back the softness.
  • Fondants: see the instructions on each product page.

Are there vegan options? Yes, our Vegan Double Chocolate Brownie.

Do you ship across Canada? Yes. We deliver across Canada. All our packages are carefully wrapped to preserve freshness and presentation.

How should I enjoy them? Our brownies and cookies are best warm (20 to 30 seconds in the microwave). Our fondants are served hot, after a few seconds in the microwave or a few minutes in the oven. A scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side never hurts.
