chocolate bonbons filled with a smooth ganache made from Grand Cru
dark chocolate from Peru, 64% cocoa.
5 milk
chocolate bonbons decorated with yellow dots, featuring a two-layer
interior with contrasting flavors and textures: a tangy passion fruit
compote and a crispy hazelnut praline.
5 milk
chocolate bonbons decorated with pink dots, containing a strawberry
compote and a peanut butter ganache. It’s the classic “peanut butter and
jelly sandwich” in a chocolate!
5 blond
chocolate bonbons, filled with spéculoos praline and crunchy spéculoos
biscuit inclusions.
These exquisite confections feature a fine layer of crisp
chocolate and delectable, flavorful fillings. They are handcrafted in our
Chocolate Workshop using Belgian chocolate and filled with our homemade
caramels, pralines, and fruit compotes.
All our bonbons are freshly made each week in our Atelier.
They can be stored for two months in the refrigerator or one week at room
temperature (maximum 20°C).
Please note that our bonbons are presented in colorful gift
boxes, with box colors subject to variation.
The caramel-Cheetos surprise egg (yes, you read that right!) features two milk chocolate shells holding a slightly salted homemade caramel and Cheetos, and is decorated on its inner shell with crunchy Cheetos! We decided to revisit our childhood and let our imaginations run wild with this unusual yet surprisingly delicious combination!
Our surprise Easter eggs are first molded with a layer of 33% cocoa Belgian milk chocolate decorated with colored white chocolate stripes, then filled with their soft, gooey interior, and finally molded a second time to lock in all the hidden flavors. Lastly, before the chocolate of the second shell sets, the inside is sprinkled with crunchy toppings.
The caramel-Cheetos surprise egg is crunchy and gooey, sweet and salty, and above all, completely unique! But we already make chocolate-covered chips, so why not a Cheetos-caramel Easter egg?

The marshmallow-caramel surprise egg has two milk chocolate shells enclosing a smooth, creamy marshmallow and a slightly salted homemade caramel, and is decorated on its inner shell with crunchy Speculoos cookie pieces! A delicious Easter egg, sweet and delightfully gooey.
