This time we decided to create a Speculoos brownie, our melt in your mouth cookie butter brownie served with our cookie butter caramel.

Our brownie was created with love by our pastry chefs at our chocolate laboratory in Longueuil.

Belle présentation en plus d’être délicieux!
C'est un chocolat très pur et onctueux au goût. Il est très riche en caloris, je suppose. Comme d'habitude vous êtes des créateurs chocolatiers prolifiques. Le petit coeur a un goût des plus délicats. Mais je préfère le crémage plutôt que le croquant a l'intérieur. Mes félicitations les plus sincères. Ginette.
