Who is Juliette?

Juliette Brun is an entrepreneur with a serious sweet tooth. At just 22, she opened Juliette & Chocolat, the first chocolate bar in Canada. An incorrigible chocolate lover, she turned her passion for desserts into a career, a vocation, and a family affair. Today, her recipes are handcrafted at our Chocolate Atelier in Greenfield Park, on Montréal's South Shore, and served in our restaurants.
