Juliette's Raspberry Cheesecake is our upside-down take on the classic, handcrafted at our Atelier.

Three layers of indulgence:

• At the bottom, a generous layer of tangy raspberry compote.

Juliette's Tiramisu is our take on the great Italian classic, made at our Atelier.

Beneath a generous dusting of cocoa, three indulgent layers:

• A silky mascarpone cream, whipped just right, with no excess sugar.
• Homemade chocolate biscuits, baked in-house at our Atelier and generously soaked in rich coffee.
• An intense coffee cream that gives the whole dessert its aromatic depth.
