Juliette's Raspberry Cheesecake is our upside-down take on the classic, handcrafted at our Atelier.

Three layers of indulgence:

  • At the bottom, a generous layer of tangy raspberry compote.
  • In the middle, a silky cream cheese filling, whipped just right.
  • On top, a crunchy Graham cracker crumble.

Sweet, tangy, silky, crunchy, refreshing: it covers all the bases, in a single spoonful.

Served in a generous container, enough for 6 to 7 guests. Share it with family, with friends, or spread it over a few days, by the spoonful.

How to prepare it: Our cheesecake is delivered frozen, to preserve its freshness and the integrity of its layers.

  • Thaw in the fridge: about 3 hours before serving.
  • Quick thaw at room temperature: take it out about 45 minutes before serving.

Once thawed, the cheesecake keeps for 2 days in the fridge.
