Perfect for gifting (or treating yourself!) a sweet indulgence, this box of 4 Belgian chocolate bonbons includes 4 assorted flavors:

• 1 truffle with a thin shell of crunchy dark chocolate, and a silky, flowing caramel salted with fleur de sel.
• 1 dark chocolate bonbon containing a two-layer filling; a milk chocolate ganache with crème brûlée, and a semi-bitter dark chocolate caramel.
• 1 milk chocolate bonbon containing a two-layer filling with contrasting textures: a milk chocolate and peanut ganache, and a honey caramel.
• 1 molded milk chocolate bonbon decorated with colorful dots enclosing a tangy lemon white chocolate ganache and raspberry compote.
• These chocolate confections have a thin layer of crunchy chocolate and flavorful, flowing interiors. They are crafted in our Chocolate Workshop using Belgian chocolate and filled with our homemade caramels and ganaches. All our bonbons can be stored for 2 months in the refrigerator, and 1 week at room temperature (around a maximum of 20°C).

The spéculoos bomb has a shell of Belgian 33% milk chocolate with crunchy spéculoos cookie bits, and holds inside spéculoos praline, cocoa, and marshmallows.

Pour very hot milk on your bomb, and watch it melt and release its content! Stir well for a rich and flavorful hot chocolate with lingering caramelized spéculoos notes!

An original way to transform a hot chocolate into a fun moment!

A brownie that swallowed up a lava cake! More precisely, a delicious dark chocolate brownie with a soft caramel centre, topped with a toasted campfire-style marshmallow!

To create this brownie, we moved away from the traditional square shape (sacrilegious, we know!). In fact, we had to alter its shape to make room for its gooey caramel heart. The extra-bitter chocolate exterior is just cooked enough to retain the caramel heart, and on top, we’ve dropped a delicate homemade marshmallow.

All our brownies may be kept for 2 months in the fridge.

Gently warm it in the oven or microwave for an even smoother treat, but careful not to over-heat it, otherwise, you’ll break its heart!

All of our brownies are made by hand in our very own chocolate laboratory with recipes developed by us, for you (alright, they’re for us too!). We make them all gluten-free because everyone should be able to enjoy this perfect treat; the classic fudgy, chocolaty brownie!
