The Hazelnut Praline Surprise Egg features a silky Belgian milk chocolate molded shell, an exterior coated with roasted hazelnut pieces, and a generous filling of our cocoa-hazelnut praliné spread.
This egg was born from our desire to create a completely different Easter egg — so indulgent and so molten that you’ll want to dive right in! To fill it, we use our own cocoa-hazelnut spread, with its rich chocolate flavor and lingering notes of roasted hazelnuts. The pairing of smooth milk chocolate and our Tartinette is pure gourmet bliss.
We craft the Praliné Surprise Egg in our Chocolate Atelier located at 1420 Victoria Avenue in Greenfield Park — come say hello, we’re open to the public!
