You can finally discover all the creamy richness of Juliette’s famous hot chocolate from the comfort of your home.
This box of rich and creamy hot chocolate makes 4 individual portions that are ready in no time. In a small saucepan, warm 250 ml milk or water, to your taste (water will bring out the cocoa flavour while milk makes your hot chocolate into a velvety smooth drink), and add 1 portion of chocolate powder. Slowly bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Serve very hot with your morning toast and jam, or with cake and marshmallows for a devilishly sweet treat.
This recipe can also be prepared in ahead of time; refrigerate it and whip it with ice for a frosty treat!

In our tiny child’s hands, cookies were huge! That was part of the fun: holding a warm chocolate chip-packed cookie with both hands and taking a big bite, knowing there was much more cookie to enjoy! Our love for cookies hasn’t changed, but we devour them far too quickly, so… We made giant cookies! Only these monstrous cookies can make the decadent pleasure last.
All our cookies may be kept for 1 week in the fridge upon receipt.

Maurice the woolly Easter sheep is made of 33% cocoa milk
chocolate and is covered with a cotton candy “fleece”!
Maurice loves grazing outside and isn’t afraid of the cold, but he does have a
phobia of rain (which could melt his fleece), so he never goes anywhere without
his umbrella.
His biggest dream? To land a leading role in a remake of “Chocolat,” the sheep
version of course.
Maurice the sheep is molded and assembled in our Chocolate Workshop and weighs
200 g.
He is available for delivery and in Juliette & Chocolat restaurants, as
well as at the Atelier boutique located at 1420 Victoria in Greenfield Park.

The marshmallow-caramel surprise egg has two milk chocolate shells enclosing a smooth, creamy marshmallow and a slightly salted homemade caramel, and is decorated on its inner shell with crunchy Speculoos cookie pieces! A delicious Easter egg, sweet and delightfully gooey.
Our surprise Easter eggs are first molded with a layer of 33% cocoa Belgian milk chocolate decorated with colored white chocolate lines, then filled with their gooey, melting interior, and finally molded a second time to seal in all the hidden flavors. Lastly, before the chocolate of the second shell sets, the inside is sprinkled with crunchy toppings.
The marshmallow-caramel surprise egg is very gooey thanks to its smooth, melting marshmallow center and golden Breton caramel, and has just the right amount of crunch from its caramelized cookie crumbs.

We craft the Pistachio Surprise Egg in our Chocolate Atelier located at 1420 Victoria Avenue in Greenfield Park (come say hello — we’re open to the public!), where we mold the eggs in Belgian chocolate, decorate them, and fill them with our own pistachio cream.
