A delicious milk chocolate lollipop with caramelized hazelnut bits.

This lollipop is a stick covered with chocolate and hazelnut bits that you just have to melt in a big bowl of hot milk. As you stir it in your bowl, all the chocolate flavor is released and turns it into delicious hot chocolate. If any chocolate gets stuck to your lollipop, you can eat it just like that.

All our lollipops are available in restaurants and on our online store. They are handcrafted in our chocolate laboratory in Longueuil.

This chocolate bar is made from rich and smooth 56% cocoa dark chocolate and studded with shards of our hard sea salt caramel.

We like to savor this bar by letting a chocolate square melt on the tongue until only the caramel is left. The result is meltingly sweet and rich, then crunchy and salty.

Homemade salted caramel bits cleverly mixed into dark chocolate.

How to enjoy this delicious lollipop? For the most impatient and greedy, you can crunch it as is. For the others, we advise you to dip it in a big bowl of hot milk. By stirring it gently, all the dark chocolate and salted caramel chips will melt and give way to a completely decadent hot chocolate.

This chocolate bar is made of luxurious and sweet 33% cocoa milk chocolate and a crunchy caramelized cookie.

We start by caramelizing the cookie: we make a liquid, golden caramel in which we dunk our cookies. Then, when the cookies are completely soaked through with caramel, we cook them until the caramel hardens and the cookies become crunchy and brittle. Finally, we pour our milk chocolate around the cookies.

A chocolate sphere that holds a hot chocolate mix, to melt in very hot milk for a delicious hot chocolate!

The raspberry bomb has a shell of milk chocolate, and holds inside dark chocolate, cocoa, and raspberries with marshmallows.

Pour very hot milk on your bomb, and watch it melt and release its content! Stir well for a rich and flavorful hot chocolate!

An original way to transform a hot chocolate into a fun moment!

Here is a purely indulgent chocolate bar: blonde chocolate filled with maple syrup cream fudge (homemade, of course!) and maple-roasted and sugared pecans. Yum!

Blonde chocolate is white chocolate that has been cooked at a low temperature for a very long time, giving it a golden color and a taste of caramelized biscuit.

After being poured into the mold, the blonde chocolate is topped with cream fudge, and chopped and oven-roasted pecans to bring out the flavor, and then cooked again in maple syrup until they take on a frosted appearance (this is called "sugaring" the nuts).

And as we wanted a packaging worthy of this unique bar, we collaborated with Montreal artist Whatisadam (WIA), who designed a colorful and fun illustrated case for us!

A treat for the eyes and the taste buds!

This chocolate bar is made from our luscious 33% cocoa milk chocolate, and lots of crunchy chunks of caramelized hazelnuts.

To make this bar, you take shelled hazelnuts (hazelnuts that have had their skins removed), throw them in boiling caramel and make sure they are completely covered and shiny. Then you lay out the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and cook them in the oven to bring out their aroma and darken the caramel. 

Let the hazelnuts cool, then crush them up in little bits, and pour milk chocolate on top. You need lots of hazelnuts so there’s some in every bite.

Cette tablette est composée de chocolat blanc lisse et onctueux, dans lequel nous avons coulé des éclats de citron très acidulés, pour un contraste sucré/suret. Et pour couronner le tout, nous avons rajouté des petits éclats pétillants, qui sautent sur la langue et mettent la bouche en fête. C'est une tablette délicieuse et surprenante qui vaut le détour !

Speculoos originally comes from Belgium, it’s similar to a gingerbread cookie flavored with cinnamon and cooked until it becomes crunchy. This chocolate bar is filled with a smooth paste made of these cookies. It’s delicious and, at least as far as we’re concerned, impossible to share!

A little background on giant cookies

When we were kids, all cookies seemed huge. But as we got older, they seemed to become increasingly… SMALLER! You can see why we had to remedy this situation by creating our GIANT cookies. Sounds decadent, right? Just wait until your first bite.

Our monster cookies were handmade in our chocolate laboratory with one mission in mind: to make you (alright, and us!) happy!

A crunchy confection made with Belgian milk chocolate, spéculoos paste, and puffed rice.

A little cube of sweet and crunchy happiness that marries the smoothness of milk chocolate with the unique spiced flavor of spéculoos.

This confection is crafted in our Chocolate Lab; we lay down our spéculoos praline in large sheets, which we cut in perfect little cubes, that we then pass through a curtain of melted chocolate, for a final layer of smooth milk chocolate.

To make our spéculoos paste, we grind into a smooth paste those famous Belgian cookies spiced with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger. It’s this paste that gives our rochers their particular caramelized notes that linger on the tongue.
