Homemade salted caramel bits cleverly mixed into dark chocolate.

How to enjoy this delicious lollipop? For the most impatient and greedy, you can crunch it as is. For the others, we advise you to dip it in a big bowl of hot milk. By stirring it gently, all the dark chocolate and salted caramel chips will melt and give way to a completely decadent hot chocolate.

You can buy our lollipops on our online store or in all our restaurants. They are handcrafted by our chocolatiers in Longueuil.

A chocolate sphere that holds a hot chocolate mix, to melt in very hot milk for a delicious hot chocolate!

The raspberry bomb has a shell of milk chocolate, and holds inside dark chocolate, cocoa, and raspberries with marshmallows.

Pour very hot milk on your bomb, and watch it melt and release its content! Stir well for a rich and flavorful hot chocolate!

An original way to transform a hot chocolate into a fun moment!

Here is a purely indulgent chocolate bar: blonde chocolate filled with maple syrup cream fudge (homemade, of course!) and maple-roasted and sugared pecans. Yum!

Blonde chocolate is white chocolate that has been cooked at a low temperature for a very long time, giving it a golden color and a taste of caramelized biscuit.

After being poured into the mold, the blonde chocolate is topped with cream fudge, and chopped and oven-roasted pecans to bring out the flavor, and then cooked again in maple syrup until they take on a frosted appearance (this is called "sugaring" the nuts).

And as we wanted a packaging worthy of this unique bar, we collaborated with Montreal artist Whatisadam (WIA), who designed a colorful and fun illustrated case for us!

This chocolate bar is made of luxurious and sweet 33% cocoa milk chocolate and a crunchy caramelized cookie.

We start by caramelizing the cookie: we make a liquid, golden caramel in which we dunk our cookies. Then, when the cookies are completely soaked through with caramel, we cook them until the caramel hardens and the cookies become crunchy and brittle. Finally, we pour our milk chocolate around the cookies.

This chocolate bar is made from our luscious 33% cocoa milk chocolate, and lots of crunchy chunks of caramelized hazelnuts.

To make this bar, you take shelled hazelnuts (hazelnuts that have had their skins removed), throw them in boiling caramel and make sure they are completely covered and shiny. Then you lay out the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and cook them in the oven to bring out their aroma and darken the caramel. 

Let the hazelnuts cool, then crush them up in little bits, and pour milk chocolate on top. You need lots of hazelnuts so there’s some in every bite.

This bar is made of smooth, creamy white chocolate, into which we've dripped tangy lemon shards for a sweet and sour contrast. And to top it all off, we've added little sparkling shards that pop on the tongue and make your mouth tingle. It's a delicious and surprising bar that's well worth a try!

When we were kids, all cookies seemed huge. But as we got older, they seemed to become increasingly… SMALLER! You can see why we had to remedy this situation by creating our GIANT cookies. Sounds decadent, right? Just wait until your first bite.

A molten-centered cake with a flowing speculoos spread filling. What is speculoos? A delicious caramelized cookie flavored with spices: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger. Add a little touch of salted caramel, and there is enough to make our taste buds tingle!

For a chocolatey and truly indulgent December, Juliette's 2026 Advent Calendar reveals crunchy, fruity and melt-in-your-mouth chocolates every day until December 24, to help you count down to Christmas.

This year, our calendar takes you deep into a snowy forest, where the animals are getting ready for Christmas. Under the full moon, the great tree houses glow with light and the whole forest is decorated. The badger is heading home from the market, his basket full of fruit. The rabbit is bringing a gift to his neighbour, the bear. The mouse pulls her Christmas tree along on her sled, while skaters twirl on the frozen pond and a snowman shows off a very funny hat. And high up in the sky, someone is flying by with his reindeer...

But open the doors, and you step inside a big, cozy tree where the holiday preparations are in full swing! The fire crackles in the fireplace, the stockings are hung, and the tree is being decorated. Upstairs, the squirrel is building his gingerbread house. In the kitchen, everyone is mixing, kneading and tasting. Around the table, gifts are being wrapped, and on the floor, a little train makes its rounds delivering packages. There's so much to do that someone even forgot to put away a Halloween decoration!

That's because our Advent calendar is also a Christmas Seek & Find! Behind each of the 24 little doors hides an object or a character to find, either in the forest illustration or in the tree. Some challenges are easy and perfect for little ones, while others will take eagle eyes! Can you find the Christmas earthworm, the angry owl or the last green leaf of summer?

And here, the doors aren't numbered: you choose which one to open each day, and in what order. One more little surprise, every morning!

The illustrations are hand-drawn, then coloured, making this an artisanal calendar full of details that the whole family will love exploring, day after day.

Made entirely in our Atelier Chocolat, this calendar holds an assortment of 48 crunchy chocolate bark pieces (2 per day) in dark, milk, blond and white chocolate. They are filled with crunchy caramel, caramelized nuts, praline, crunchy cookies and many other treats.

Our caramel is cooked in our Atelier until perfectly crunchy, and our nuts are sugared and roasted in our oven until they caramelize and turn crisp. Smooth chocolate coats it all, for 480 g of delicious confections.
