New: the Lemon Almond Cake
We waited for it, it's here. Our latest creation is called the Lemon Almond Cake, and it's exactly the kind of dessert you want to bring out at the end of a dinner: bright, vivid, irresistibly fresh. The pastry that wakes up the palate and makes everyone at the table smile.
Four textures, one common thread
Lemon, from start to finish. But most of all, four layers working together to hold the balance in the mouth between tang, softness, crunch and sweetness.
- An almond streusel base, for the crunch and roundness.
- A lemon cream, for the brightness.
- A very lemony bavarois, for the airy lightness.
- A brown butter and almond cake, for depth and softness.
Every bite crosses all four. That's what makes the cake so satisfying: nothing dominates, everything answers.
Made at our Workshop
Like all our fresh cakes, the Lemon Almond is made in small batches by our team of pastry chefs, at our Chocolate Workshop in Greenfield Park, on Montreal's South Shore. No shortcuts, no mass production. Artisanal pastry, one piece at a time.

Our fresh cakes are available at our Workshop in Greenfield Park.

The Lemon Almond Cake is $39.95, for 6 to 8 people. Enough to end dinner on a high note, not enough to avoid second helpings.
