The Hulkookie

Inspired by the famous Dubai tablet that combines chocolate and pistachio, our new Hulkookie is an even more indulgent version of this marriage, which combines the richness of Belgian dark chocolate and the pronounced flavor of our pistachio cream, and between the soft texture of the biscuit, the fondant of the pistachio, and the crunchiness of the toasted inclusions of knafeh (the toasted filo pastry filaments)!

The Hulkookie

Inspired by the famous Dubai chocolate bar that combines chocolate and pistachio, our new Hulkookie is an even more indulgent take on that pairing—uniting the richness of Belgian dark chocolate with the bold flavor of our pistachio cream, and blending the soft texture of the cookie, the creaminess of the pistachio, and the crunch of toasted knafeh inclusions (crispy strands of phyllo dough)!

Our Financiers are available in three flavors:

Lemon Financier:

A soft almond cake base, filled with lemon cream and decorated with mascarpone mousse enhanced with lemon.

Caramel financier:

A soft almond cake base, topped with caramel and decorated with mascarpone mousse.

Praline Financier:

A soft almond cake base, topped with our cocoa-hazelnut spread and decorated with a mascarpone mousse enhanced with roasted hazelnut praline.

Our Financiers come in three flavors:

San Sebastian Cheesecake

A unique and extra creamy cheesecake with a runny center! Dig your fork into the caramelized crust of our San Sebastián Basque Cheesecake , and let its silky center spread like melting vanilla cream. Baked at a very high temperature, it reveals smoky notes of caramel while the interior remains incredibly creamy. San Sebastian Cheesecake
