This chocolate fondue is super delicious but they changed the design of the container. You can no longer reseal the container and save fondue for later, you have to eat it all at once which is a lot of sugar :(

A delicious milk chocolate lollipop with caramelized hazelnut bits.
This lollipop is a stick covered with chocolate and hazelnut bits that you just have to melt in a big bowl of hot milk. As you stir it in your bowl, all the chocolate flavor is released and turns it into delicious hot chocolate. If any chocolate gets stuck to your lollipop, you can eat it just like that.

We start by caramelizing the cookie: we make a liquid, golden caramel in which we dunk our cookies. Then, when the cookies are completely soaked through with caramel, we cook them until the caramel hardens and the cookies become crunchy and brittle. This chocolate bar is made from our luscious 33% cocoa milk chocolate, and lots of crunchy chunks of caramelized hazelnuts.
To make this bar, you take shelled hazelnuts (hazelnuts that have had their skins removed), throw them in boiling caramel and make sure they are completely covered and shiny. Then you lay out the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and cook them in the oven to bring out their aroma and darken the caramel.
Let the hazelnuts cool, then crush them up in little bits, and pour milk chocolate on top. You need lots of hazelnuts so there’s some in every bite.

We craft the Pistachio Surprise Egg in our Chocolate Atelier located at 1420 Victoria Avenue in Greenfield Park (come say hello — we’re open to the public!), where we mold the eggs in Belgian chocolate, decorate them, and fill them with our own pistachio cream.

A box of 9 Belgian chocolate bonbons featuring 5 different
varieties:

truffles with a delicate shell of crunchy dark chocolate and a silky,
flowing caramel interior infused with fleur de sel.
2 dark
chocolate bonbons filled with a smooth ganache made from Grand Cru
dark chocolate from Peru, 64% cocoa.
2 milk
chocolate bonbons decorated with yellow dots, featuring a two-layer
interior with contrasting flavors and textures: a tangy passion fruit
compote and a crispy hazelnut praline.
2 milk
chocolate bonbons decorated with pink dots, containing a strawberry
compote and a peanut butter ganache. It’s the classic “peanut butter and
jelly sandwich” in a chocolate!
1 blond
chocolate bonbon, filled with spéculoos praline and crunchy spéculoos
biscuit inclusions.
These exquisite confections feature a fine layer of crisp
chocolate and delectable, flavorful fillings. They are handcrafted in our
Chocolate Workshop using Belgian chocolate and filled with our homemade
caramels, pralines, and fruit compotes.
All our bonbons are freshly made each week in our Atelier.
They can be stored for two months in the refrigerator or one week at room
temperature (maximum 20°C).

chocolate bonbons containing a two-layer filling with contrasting
textures: a milk chocolate and peanut ganache, and a honey caramel.

molded milk chocolate bonbons decorated with colorful dots enclosing a
tangy lemon white chocolate ganache and raspberry compote.
These chocolate confections have a
thin layer of crunchy chocolate and flavorful, flowing interiors. They are
crafted in our Chocolate Workshop using Belgian chocolate and filled with our
homemade caramels and ganaches.
All our bonbons can be stored for
2 months in the refrigerator, and 1 week at room temperature (around a maximum
of 20°C).
