Mon fils est américain mais en tant qu’étudiant à Montréal - il vit actuellement à Westmount. Je cherchais sur ligne quelques délices pas comme les autres pour fêter son anniversaire…des pâtisseries françaises et uniques! J’en ai trouvé toute une collection chez Juliette & Chocolat et la livraison chez lui était offerte aussi. Il en était super surpris et absolument ravi. Il n’oubliera jamais cet anniversaire au Québec et il est parti chez le magasin (Juliette et Chocolat) depuis. Merci à tous qui a rendu cette surprise possible. 5 étoiles!
This 33% cocoa milk chocolate bar is filled with luxurious Speculoos cookie paste.
Speculoos originally comes from Belgium, it’s similar to a gingerbread cookie flavored with cinnamon and cooked until it becomes crunchy. This chocolate bar is filled with a smooth paste made of these cookies. It’s delicious and, at least as far as we’re concerned, impossible to share!
This chocolate bar is part of our collection of 9 exclusive bars, also available in gift boxes of 3 or 5 bars. Not everyone always wants dessert, but there’s always room for a little square of chocolate goodness!

I love Speculoos and had an expectation on how it will taste like but this one was even better than I thought. So unique and to die for!!
Warm it in the oven for a few minutes or in the microwave for a few seconds for an even smoother treat (go ahead and eat it by the spoonful!). Even better – enjoy it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A classic!
All of our fondants are made by hand in our very own chocolate laboratory with recipes developed by us, for you (alright, they’re for us too!).

The Valentine's Day Red Velvet brownie is a two-layered
brownie: a layer of dark chocolate and raspberry, topped with a layer of cream
cheese, for a soft, slightly tangy, fruity, and very indulgent combination.
Our Intense brownie, a fan favorite, is a triple chocolate
brownie made with Belgian chocolate. Baked to perfection, it has a light crust
on top and a very chocolatey and very, very gooey interior.

The Red Velvet brownie is a two-layer brownie: a layer of
dark chocolate and raspberry, and on top, a layer of cream cheese.
The result is a soft, slightly tangy, fruity, and very
indulgent blend, and this box gathers 6 of these Valentine's Day brownies
(saving you the taxes at the same time!).
The Red Velvet brownie is crafted in our Chocolate Workshop
with semi-sweet Belgian chocolate. It is also available individually and in a
combined box with our Intense Brownie.
A box of 9 Belgian chocolate bonbons featuring 5 different
varieties:

truffles with a delicate shell of crunchy dark chocolate and a silky,
flowing caramel interior infused with fleur de sel.
2 dark
chocolate bonbons filled with a smooth ganache made from Grand Cru
dark chocolate from Peru, 64% cocoa.
2 milk
chocolate bonbons decorated with yellow dots, featuring a two-layer
interior with contrasting flavors and textures: a tangy passion fruit
compote and a crispy hazelnut praline.
2 milk
chocolate bonbons decorated with pink dots, containing a strawberry
compote and a peanut butter ganache. It’s the classic “peanut butter and
jelly sandwich” in a chocolate!
1 blond
chocolate bonbon, filled with spéculoos praline and crunchy spéculoos

These exquisite confections feature a fine layer of crisp

All our bonbons are freshly made each week in our Atelier.
They can be stored for two months in the refrigerator or one week at room
temperature (maximum 20°C).
