Juliette's pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 10g of butter
- 100g of flour
- ½ vanilla pod
- ½ teaspoon fine salt
- 25 cl of fresh whole milk 2%
- 3 cl of water
Recipe
1- Cut the ½ vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.
2- In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelet.
3- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
4- Sift the flour into a bowl and add the vanilla seeds, beaten eggs and salt.
5- Mix the milk with the water and add to the preparation.
6- Add the melted butter, mixing well.
7- Leave to stand for 2 hours at room temperature (20°C).
8- When ready to use, thin the paste with 1 cl of water.
Be creative when filling your crepes; whipped cream, chocolate , spread , fruit, etc.!
