Intense all-chocolate brownie
INGREDIENTS :
- 120 g of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 225g chocolate
- 170g butter
- 225 g white sugar
- 80 g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
1-Preheat oven to 350c. Butter the sides and bottom of a 9-inch square pan, and line it with baking paper.
2- Mix together the flour and salt.
3- Over very low heat, melt the chocolate and butter until smooth, then add the brown sugar and white sugar and mix well. The mixture should be lukewarm.
4- Add the eggs one by one and mix well.
5- Sift the flour and salt over the chocolate mixture and mix well. Be careful, it is important for these last two steps to use a spatula and not a whisk, and not to overbeat the mixture, otherwise the brownie will be too airy and not melting.
6-Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Be careful, baking time may vary depending on the oven! Let the brownie cool, then remove it from the pan by pulling on the wax paper and cut it into squares.
7- Enjoy :)
Don't hesitate to serve it with ice cream, caramel or even chocolate to make it even more decadent!
