​Terms and conditions of participation in the survey draw

Those who do not have access to the online survey and wish to see the rules can

request them in store.

Please keep your store receipt.

Visit the www.julietteetchocolat.com/pages/opinion website. You must enter the 16-

digit code at the bottom of your receipt, along with your email address (it will only be

used to contact you if you win). One receipt is equal to one participation. To be

entered in the contest for one (1) chance to win a gift card, fill out the survey and

validate the questionnaire. Participants who wish to obtain more contest information

can contact Juliette & Chocolat Customer Service at 579-721-3045.

Description of prizes: One (1) weekly draw of one (1) Juliette & Chocolat gift card

worth $25. Draws are held over a 52-week period, for a total value of ($25 x 52

weeks) $1,300.

The survey will run from January 1 st, 2020 to December 31 st, 2020. The last draw will

be held on December 31 st, 2020.

Each completed questionnaire is identified by a unique number, which is

automatically saved into a computer file. The draw will be done using software that

randomly generates numbers. The odds of winning will depend on the number of

eligible questionnaires received. Winners will be contacted by email or by phone.

Their prize will be sent to them by mail.

To enter the contest, you must be a resident of Quebec or another Canadian

province, have reached the age of majority, and not be employed by Juliette &

Chocolat, be an immediate family member of, or share a home address with a

Juliette & Chocolat employee or any of its marketing or promotional agencies. This

contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In Quebec,

any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be

submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Any dispute regarding

the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for the sole purpose of

intervention in an attempt to resolve said dispute.

A total of 58 prizes will be drawn among all eligible contest entries. Draws will always

be held at the Juliette & Chocolat offices (844, Jean-Neveu Street, Longueuil, J4G

2M1).
