This chocolate bar is made from 40% cocoa vintage milk chocolate that comes from a single plantation in Ghana.
For a milk chocolate it has an unusually high percentage of cocoa, and a rich and deep flavor profile, with natural hazelnut and caramel flavor notes that linger.
This chocolate bar is part of our collection of 9 exclusive bars, also available in gift boxes of 3 or 5 bars. Not everyone always wants dessert, but there’s always room for a little square of chocolate goodness!

Here is a purely indulgent chocolate bar: blonde chocolate filled with maple syrup cream fudge (homemade, of course!) and maple-roasted and sugared pecans. Yum!
Blonde chocolate is white chocolate that has been cooked at a low temperature for a very long time, giving it a golden color and a taste of caramelized biscuit.
After being poured into the mold, the blonde chocolate is topped with cream fudge, and chopped and oven-roasted pecans to bring out the flavor, and then cooked again in maple syrup until they take on a frosted appearance (this is called "sugaring" the nuts).
And as we wanted a packaging worthy of this unique bar, we collaborated with Montreal artist Whatisadam (WIA), who designed a colorful and fun illustrated case for us!

Du bon chocolat mais des jujubes durs
Bonjour, l’idée est super, le petit marteau, l’emballage, le chocolat est délicieux, grandeur de tablette parfaite pour partager…. Mais, les jujubes sur cette variété sont très durs sous la dents donc peu agréable à manger et les enfants les enlevaient pour manger les morceaux de chocolat. Dommage car c’est ce qui était attirant pour eux.

Je n’ai pas encore donné les tablettes aux fruits rouges car se sont des cadeaux pour Pâques à mes grands enfants, également les tablettes à casser aux bonbons sont des cadeaux de Pâques pour mes petits enfants. Par contre je suis un peu déçue de la livraison, ayant fait 2 commandes séparées la première commande a été laissée à ma porte sans avertissements mais l’ensemble était bien emballé donc tout était correct. Dans la deuxième commande encore une fois laissée à ma porte sans avertissement, j’avais une tablette aux fruits rouges de cassée. Heureusement il faisait frois car elles auraient pu fondre au soleil. J’ai très très hâte d’y goûter.

Introducing our latest chocolate bar: the Matcha chocolate bar.
White chocolate 28% with Matcha green tea, crunchy raspberry bits and puffed rice. A marriage between white Belgian chocolate, smooth and caramelized, and Japanese Matcha, an aromatic green tea with vegetal notes, which owes its unique color to the chlorophyll it contains.
The Matcha used comes from the Montreal branch of the Sakao family company, whose parent company is based in Tokyo and which has been cultivating its Matcha in Japan for four generations.
If you have a very sweet tooth, you can find this bar in our 3 or 5 bar chocolate boxes for maximum pleasure.
This chocolate bar is made in Quebec at our chocolate laboratory by our chocolatiers.
