The box includes:

• 1 truffle with a fine shell of crunchy dark chocolate and a silky, flowing caramel interior infused with fleur de sel.
• 1 molded milk chocolate bonbon, decorated with yellow dots, featuring a two-layer interior with contrasting flavors and textures: a tangy passion fruit compote and a crispy hazelnut praline.
• 1 molded milk chocolate bonbon, decorated with pink dots, containing a strawberry compote and a peanut butter ganache. It’s the classic “peanut butter and jelly sandwich” in a chocolate!
• 1 molded blond chocolate bonbon, filled with speculoos praline and crunchy speculoos biscuit inclusions.

These exquisite confections feature a fine layer of crisp chocolate and delectable, flavorful fillings. They are handcrafted in our Chocolate Workshop using Belgian chocolate and filled with our homemade caramels, pralines, and fruit compotes.

All our bonbons are freshly made each week in our Atelier. They can be stored for two months in the refrigerator or one week at room temperature (maximum 20°C).
