The Juliette & Chocolat Cookies

One thing will strike you immediately when you bite into one of our cookies: the size! In fact, all our cookies are very, VERY big! That’s why we call them Monster Cookies!
Second thing: all our cookies are filled with a soft, gooey center—dark-chocolate ganache, cocoa-hazelnut spread, marshmallow, or praline. That means a surprising tasting experience, and extra indulgence!


But why such big cookies?

Juliette explains: “In our child-sized hands, cookies always looked much bigger. With our adult eyes, they’ve shrunk a lot! So at Juliette & Chocolat we created giant cookies to bring back that childhood experience!”


So we set out to develop these giant cookies with a simple goal: create the perfect cookie—decadent but not too fatty, tender and gooey, with a surprise in the center for contrasting flavor!

The result: a delicious pleasure that wins people over again and again! Proof: every week we artisan-make thousands of cookies in our Chocolate Atelier to meet demand for the online shop, as well as for our restaurants, the Atelier boutique, and the Juliette & Chocolat kiosk at DIX30.

How we make them

Monster Cookies are crafted in our chocolate lab from our secret recipes with simple ingredients: excellent chocolate, local butter, and house-made pralinés and ganaches. We first prepare the dough, shape it and wrap it around the gooey center, then bake in small batches.


Juliette is never far from the oven while they bake: “One of my pleasures is watching through the oven window as the cookies slowly rise!”


Flavors and where to buy

Our cookie flavors change with inspiration and the seasons, so keep an eye out for new arrivals! Among the classics, we have our Cookie Garou: a vanilla cookie with chocolate chunks and a gooey center of semi-sweet dark-chocolate ganache.
Our decadent Abominable Snow Cookie is topped with brownie pieces and hides a marshmallow center.

The Frankencookie is dark chocolate with white-chocolate chips and has a smooth center of Tartinette, our cocoa-hazelnut spread.
All our cookies are sold in our restaurants, at the Atelier boutique (1420 Avenue Victoria), and at the Juliette & Chocolat kiosk at DIX30.

How long until I receive my order?
We generally ship orders within 3 to 5 business days.

How are packages shipped?
Our treats are carefully packed and handled by shipping partners experienced with food and fragile products. Our cookies travel very well and arrive fresh.

How long do the cookies keep?
Upon receipt, cookies keep for one week in the fridge.

Are your cookies fresh?
Yes, we make all our products weekly in the Atelier.

Are your cookies gluten-free?
Unfortunately, no. Our brownies are made with gluten-free ingredients, but our cookies do contain gluten.

Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes. If you wish, you can freeze your cookies upon receipt and keep them in the freezer for up to one month, well wrapped.

Do the cookies contain nuts?
Yes, our cookies contain nuts and/or may have come into contact with nuts.

How should I enjoy the cookies?
Our cookies are best warm; they’re softer and gooier. To reheat: 20–30 seconds in the microwave or 5–10 minutes in a hot oven is enough.
