Crafted from milk chocolate, white chocolate, and for the eggshell
blond chocolate, the egg is filled with a hazelnut praline mousse with crunchy caramelized
hazelnut bits.
A chocolate montage that is surprisingly realistic and incredibly
delicious, sur to please the eyes and the palate.
The chocolate soft-boiled egg is an Easter exclusive.

On a beaucoup aimé l'originalité et le praliné était délicieux.
On aime moins le goût du jaune d’Oeuf par-dessus … on aurait aimé qu’il soit aussi praliné, car la partie fourrée pralinée est exquise !

Maurice the Easter sheep loves munching on fresh grass and watching the trains go by. He is made from 33% cocoa milk chocolate, and covered with crunchy cookie pearls covered in 55% cocoa dark chocolate.
Maurice is molded and assembled in our Chocolate Lab, and weighs 300g. He is available for delivery and in all the Juliette & Chocolat restaurants.
