This box of rich and creamy hot chocolate makes 4 individual portions that are ready in no time. In a small saucepan, warm 250 ml milk or water, to your taste (water will bring out the cocoa flavour while milk makes your hot chocolate into a velvety smooth drink), and add 1 portion of chocolate powder. Slowly bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Serve very hot with your morning toast and jam, or with cake and marshmallows for a devilishly sweet treat.

This recipe can also be prepared in ahead of time; refrigerate it and whip it with ice for a frosty treat!

It really adds a delicious touch that reminds us of the peanut butter spread snacks our mom used to make for us. This homemade blend with milk chocolate is divine: a rich, sweet, and creamy taste that you'll quickly become addicted to!

The marshmallow-caramel surprise egg has two milk chocolate shells enclosing a smooth, creamy marshmallow and a slightly salted homemade caramel, and is decorated on its inner shell with crunchy Speculoos cookie pieces! A delicious Easter egg, sweet and delightfully gooey.

Our surprise Easter eggs are first molded with a layer of 33% cocoa Belgian milk chocolate decorated with colored white chocolate lines, then filled with their gooey, melting interior, and finally molded a second time to seal in all the hidden flavors. Lastly, before the chocolate of the second shell sets, the inside is sprinkled with crunchy toppings.

The marshmallow-caramel surprise egg is very gooey thanks to its smooth, melting marshmallow center and golden Breton caramel, and has just the right amount of crunch from its caramelized cookie crumbs.

A completely unique Easter egg—extra filled and extra indulgent. A pleasure to share and savor slowly.

A little background on giant cookies.

In our tiny child’s hands, cookies were huge! That was part of the fun: holding a warm chocolate chip-packed cookie with both hands and taking a big bite, knowing there was much more cookie to enjoy! Our love for cookies hasn’t changed, but we devour them far too quickly, so… We made giant cookies! Only these monstrous cookies can make the decadent pleasure last.

All our cookies may be kept for 1 week in the fridge upon receipt.

Our monster cookies were handmade in our chocolate laboratory with one mission in mind: to make you (alright, and us!) happy!

A smooth, silky pistachio cream with a rich, lingering pistachio taste!

We wanted our own pistachio cream to make our chocolate bars, pistachio-filled cookies, and indulgent affogatos (try them in our shops)—and here it is!

Enjoy it by the spoonful, on bread or a croissant, on waffles or crêpes, in a milkshake or over ice cream, or use it in baking: in a cake, madeleines, or to flavor a crème brûlée.

 The Pistachio Surprise Egg features a silky milk chocolate shell, a crunchy exterior coated with toasted phyllo pastry flakes, and a molten interior generously filled with our crunchy pistachio spread!

We craft the Pistachio Surprise Egg in our Chocolate Atelier located at 1420 Victoria Avenue in Greenfield Park (come say hello — we’re open to the public!), where we mold the eggs in Belgian chocolate, decorate them, and fill them with our own pistachio cream.

Our Pistachio Surprise Egg is completely unique — wonderfully crunchy and exceptionally delicious!

Mischievous has more than a few tricks up his large blue hat. He loves playing practical jokes, so never let him out of your sight. You’ve been warned.

Mischievous the gnome is a Chocolate Easter confection; an artisanal creation by our chocolatiers. He is made of 33% milk chocolate, has a dark chocolate beard, and weighs 200g.

Available in all of our restaurants and online.

Maurice the woolly Easter sheep is made of 33% cocoa milk chocolate and is covered with a cotton candy “fleece”!

Maurice loves grazing outside and isn’t afraid of the cold, but he does have a phobia of rain (which could melt his fleece), so he never goes anywhere without his umbrella.

His biggest dream? To land a leading role in a remake of “Chocolat,” the sheep version of course.

Maurice the sheep is molded and assembled in our Chocolate Workshop and weighs 200 g.

He is available for delivery and in Juliette & Chocolat restaurants, as well as at the Atelier boutique located at 1420 Victoria in Greenfield Park.

Pénélope is curious and inquisitive. She loves to watch reality TV shows to see how other people live.

Pénélope is a chocolate Easter confection; an artisanal creation by our chocolatiers. She is made of 55% dark chocolate and weighs 160g.

Milk chocolate with 40% cocoa, punctuated with notes of hazelnuts and a dash of caramel! These drops have a fairly pronounced cocoa taste and finishing notes of green tea.

These drops are perfect for baking all of your favorite decadent desserts. Melt the drops for a rich and creamy chocolate to add to your cakes, pastries, cookies, and other treats inspired by the professional gourmet in you!

You can also enjoy them right out of the bag. Let them slowly melt in your mouth like candy, and you’ll see why we’re crazy about them!

Here is a purely indulgent chocolate bar: blonde chocolate filled with maple syrup cream fudge (homemade, of course!) and maple-roasted and sugared pecans. Yum!

Blonde chocolate is white chocolate that has been cooked at a low temperature for a very long time, giving it a golden color and a taste of caramelized biscuit.

After being poured into the mold, the blonde chocolate is topped with cream fudge, and chopped and oven-roasted pecans to bring out the flavor, and then cooked again in maple syrup until they take on a frosted appearance (this is called "sugaring" the nuts).

And as we wanted a packaging worthy of this unique bar, we collaborated with Montreal artist Whatisadam (WIA), who designed a colorful and fun illustrated case for us!
