Refreshing Lemon Brownie

INGREDIENTS :

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g butter
  • 370 g of sugar
  • 200 g of white chocolate
  • 220 g of flour
  • 40 g of 35% cream
  • 160 ml lemon juice
  • 32 g lemon zest

1-Preheat oven to 160c. Butter the sides and bottom of a 9-inch square pan, and line it with baking paper.

2- In a bain-marie, melt the butter and chocolate.

3- In a bowl, using a whisk, mix the eggs and sugar . Then add the butter and melted chocolate and mix again .

4- Add the cream, lemon juice and lemon zest .

5- Finally add the flour and mix barely, just to incorporate it .

6- Pour into the mold and level with an angled spatula.

7- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the brownie begins to brown and crack on the surface.

8- Let cool and cut into pieces and enjoy!
