Located at 1420 Victoria Avenue, Greenfield Park, on Montreal’s South Shore, our Atelier is more than a kitchen. It is where many of our products are imagined, prepared, tested, decorated, packed, displayed, and shared. It is our central kitchen, our Chocolate Atelier, our gourmet boutique, and a place where anyone can walk in to discover fresh cakes, brownies, pastries, chocolate gifts, coffee, hot chocolate, and sweet treats to take away. The Atelier is open to the public every day from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

One of the latest creations to come out of the Atelier is our Mango-Coconut Cake, a fresh and sunny dessert made to bring a little tropical brightness to the table.

This cake combines a delicate coconut crémeux, a bright and fruity mango confit, and a light, creamy milk chocolate and mango mousse. It is fresh, colorful, exotic, and perfect for sharing with 6 to 8 people.

Like our other fresh Atelier cakes, the Mango-Coconut Cake can be ordered and paid for online, then picked up in person at our Greenfield Park Atelier. It is not available for home delivery through the online store.
