Tiramisu-style brownie

INGREDIENTS :

  • 400 g of mascarpone
  • 50 g of sugar
  • A tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 4 egg whites
  • A dozen ladyfingers
  • A pot of very strong black coffee

1- Make an intense brownie mix ( recipe here ).

2- Pour ¾ of the intense brownie mix into the prepared dish.

3- Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the black coffee, and place them in the dish on the brownie mix .

4- Then make the mascarpone mixture : mix the mascarpone, the sugar, the 4 egg whites and the vanilla.

5- Pour this mixture onto the ladyfingers, and add the remaining intense brownie batter on top. Using a knife, make swirls in the two mixtures (white and dark) .

6- Bake for about 45 minutes, then unmold and enjoy!
