The assistant manager at a Juliette & Chocolat branch ensures that all of our clients have an enjoyable culinary experience with us. They will supervise the restaurant’s operations and ensure that all Juliette & Chocolat quality standards are met in terms of customer service, food quality, food safety and cleanliness of the premises. The assistant manager participates in the financial management of the restaurant and works with their management team to meet the restaurant’s growth targets. The assistant manager continually supervises and coaches the Red Hats and contributes to their development.
In order to excel, the assistant manager will also contribute to improving the company with their operational or gourmet ideas and innovations. Although gourmandise may be our passion, we also have an enormous appetite for growth, both within our teams and within the company. We are therefore looking for lively and creative collaborators who enjoy working and want to grow with us.
