Delivery fees
Delivetry fees are $12.75. This price includes packaging, manufactory and delivery fees.
Free shipping anywhere in Canada for orders over $89 (amount is after rebates and special offers, and before taxes)
Important notes :
- For orders over $500 (before taxes): Please contact us before placing your order. Extra shipping charges can apply.
- Free shipping for orders over $89 or more is offered for one package going to one mailing address.
- In case your package is returned us (Due to a package not claimed at the post office or incomplete shipping address), a fee of $12.75 will be charged for a new shipment.
Delivery time
Parcels are usually shipped under 48h after the payment receipt. Please note that all orders placed on friday will be processed on next monday morning. Standard shipping method is by Postes Canada.
Once your statut order is indicated as "Being delivered", delivery time can vary depending of your zip code.
Montreal area: From 1 to 3 business days.
Outside of Quebec: From 5 to 7 business days.
There is no guarantee for this delivery times. That's why we suggest you to add 2 more days to the regular delivery time during high activity periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter…).
Delivery method
Nationex Standard parcels
Parcels are oversize and protected. Despite the care taken to the packaging of your order, your product could be damaged during the transportation. In this case, please let us know as soon as you receive it to: webmaster@julietteetchocolat.com.
