A velvety white-chocolate brownie paired with dreamy toasted coconut: inspired by the traditional coconut macaroon!

To make the delectable Ivory brownie, we prepare a rather liquid batter, allowing it to cook longer at a lower temperature without drying out; this gives the brownie its caramelization and smooth, creamy texture.

All our brownies may be kept for 2 months in the fridge.

The Ivory is even better warmed for a few minutes in the oven or a few seconds in the microwave. And for the cherry on top, enjoy it with a scoop of dark chocolate ice cream or coconut sorbet!

All of our brownies are made by hand in our very own chocolate laboratory with recipes developed by us, for you (alright, they’re for us too!). We make them all gluten-free, because everyone should be able to enjoy this perfect treat; the classic fudgy, chocolaty brownie!

A chocolate bar made with 3 different chocolates (dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate), and filled with a coffee and cocoa nib praline paste. The bitterness of coffee and the sweetness of the milk and white chocolates combine in a smooth taste that wakes up the mouth!

This chocolate bar is part of our collection of 9 exclusive bars, also available in gift boxes of 3 or 5 bars. Not everyone always wants dessert, but there’s always room for a little square of chocolate goodness!

Cette tablette est composée de chocolat blanc lisse et onctueux, dans lequel nous avons coulé des éclats de citron très acidulés, pour un contraste sucré/suret. Et pour couronner le tout, nous avons rajouté des petits éclats pétillants, qui sautent sur la langue et mettent la bouche en fête. C'est une tablette délicieuse et surprenante qui vaut le détour !

Juliette & Chocolat launches its new range of chocolate bars to break. The first of this edition is the unicorn chocolate bar. Go back to childhood and succumb to this beautiful large festive white chocolate bar with an explosion of colors and sprinkles.

This chocolate bar comes with a small wooden hammer to be used to break it up in bite-sized pieces before enjoying. A fun and smashing present that’ll delight everyone!

This chocolate bar weighs 300 grams.It is handcrafted at our chocolate laboratory in Longueuil by our chocolatiers.

Ingredients: White chocolate 28% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla) - Cocoa butter - Sugar - Potato starch - Coconut oil - Maltodextrin - Potassium aluminum silicate - Carnauba wax - Colouring. Contains: soy. May contain: peanuts and other nuts.

The sweetness of white chocolate mixed with strawberry candies. A wonderful combination to try as soon as possible.

You can enjoy this lollipop in two ways. If you are a greedy soul, you can crunch it directly. If you are more patient, you can melt it in a large bowl of milk to make an original and delicious hot chocolate.

This lollipop was made with love by our chocolatiers in Longueuil. You can find it on our online store as well as in all our restaurants.

Maurice the Easter sheep loves munching on fresh grass and watching the trains go by. He is made from 33% cocoa milk chocolate, and covered with crunchy cookie pearls covered in 55% cocoa dark chocolate. 

Maurice is molded and assembled in our Chocolate Lab, and weighs 300g. He is available for delivery and in all the Juliette & Chocolat restaurants. 

Perfect for gifting (or treating yourself!) a sweet indulgence, this gift box of 9 Belgian chocolate bonbons includes 4 assorted flavors:

• 3 truffles with thin exteriors of crunchy dark chocolate, and an inside of silky, flowing caramel salted with fleur de sel.
• 2 dark chocolate bonbons containing a two-layer filling; a milk chocolate ganache with crème brûlée, and a semi-bitter dark chocolate caramel.
