Our S’mores Brownie combines a dark chocolate brownie, a flowing fleur de sel caramel center, and a lightly toasted homemade marshmallow on top. It is soft, fudgy, sweet, caramelized, chocolatey, and honestly spectacular!

It is the perfect brownie for anyone who loves decadent desserts, contrasting textures, and little surprises in the center. Fans talk about its truly gooey center, its wonderfully soft marshmallow, and the caramel-marshmallow combination that always makes an impression.

Warm it very slightly to melt the caramel center, but not too much: we want it to flow at the right moment, not escape before the first bite.

A brownie that’s 100% gluten-free and vegan, but also 100% intense and decadent, because we’ve doubled the chocolate! The best of both worlds.

We found it hard to come by a rich and velvety vegan brownie, so we just had to create our own. The result is a gooey, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate treat that’s earned a spot as a staple on our menu!

All our brownies may be kept for 2 months in the fridge.

Made with 55% dark chocolate, it is baked just enough to keep a thin, slightly crackled crust on top and a dense, soft, fudgy center. It is the brownie for those who love the true taste of chocolate: rich, deep, generous, and straightforwardly decadent.

Those who taste it say it truly lives up to its name, that it melts in the mouth, and that you can really tell we did not hold back on the chocolate. It is delicious as is, but even better warmed for a few seconds and served with a tall glass of milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
