Chocolate iced mojito

Looking for a fresh, original summer aperitif?

Here's an iced mojito, with a twist: it's made with our Brownie Smore's liquor (inspired by our famous brownie ) which gives it a great chocolate flavor that pairs wonderfully with mint!

Ingredients for 1 mojito:

60 ml (2 ounces) white rum

25 ml (¾ ounce) lime juice

15 ml (¼ ounce) simple syrup (omit if you like your mojito less sweet and more tangy!)

30ml (1 ounce) Smore's Brownie alcohol.

About 10 mint leaves

90 ml (3 ounces) of soda

Ice cream

A few mint leaves for decoration

Recipe :

Combine the rum, lime juice, syrup, Smore's Brownie liqueur, and mint in a shaker and lightly crush the mint leaves. Add ice and shake well. Pour into a glass, add the club soda, and garnish with the remaining mint. Enjoy!

-90 ml (3 ounces) of soda

-ice

-a few mint leaves for garnish

Pour into a glass, top off with the soda, and garnish with the remaining mint leaves.
