What are the discounts for corporate orders?

The discounts for corporate orders depend on the total order amount.

For orders :

- Less than $250, no discount is given

- Between $250 and $499, a 5% discount is given

- Between $500 and $999, a 10% discount is given

- $1000 and more, a 15% discount is given


Your discount will be applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Do I have to pay any additional fees to take advantage of the corporate rates?

No, you do not have to pay any additional fees to benefit from the corporate rates. If your order meets the thresholds mentioned above, your discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

What are the minimum and maximum order amounts?

There is no minimum order.

For large orders of 30 or more identical items, we ask that you contact our Chocolate Lab team directly at: production@julietteetchocolat.com

What is the average order preparation time?

The average preparation time for orders is approximately one week. Depending on the current volume of orders, this delay may be shorter or longer. You can indicate your desired delivery date at checkout, and we will contact you to confirm.

What is your payment policy?

Once your order is placed on our online store, our team will review your order and add the applicable shipping charges. You will then receive an email with your final invoice and will be able to proceed to payment. Please note that orders will not be processed until payment is received, so the preparation time starts once payment is received.

What is your return policy?

Our products are food products, and we do not accept any returns or exchanges. This is why once your order is confirmed by our team, it is not possible to cancel or return it.

Only gift card orders are excluded from these conditions and can be cancelled without restriction.

What are the delivery costs?

The applicable shipping costs are charged upon receipt and confirmation of your order. Please read the available options carefully:

Option 1: Pick-up at our Chocolate Laboratory located at 844 rue Jean-Neveu, Longueuil, J4G 2M1. FREE (no minimum)

Option 2: Shipping to one address only

Order between $0 and $499: charges will be assessed according to the weight of the order and will be confirmed to you after receiving your order

Order of $500 and more: FREE for orders shipped within the covered area*

If the shipping address is outside the covered area, charges will be assessed based on order weight and shipping address and will be confirmed to you after receiving your order

Option 3: Shipping to multiple addresses

Total per address** (pre-tax): Flat rate of $9.75 per address (anywhere in Canada)

Total per address of $69 and more (pre-tax): FREE (anywhere in Canada)


* Montreal Island, Laval, Longueuil, Boucherville, Brossard, St-Lambert, La Prairie, St-Bruno-de-Montarville, Ste-Julie, Varennes

Can we include personalized cards in our orders?

Yes, you can! You can send them to us by mail, and we will gladly include them in your packages. You must send them to the following address:

Please note that there is an additional delay to receive your cards.

Why is the online store not always accessible?

All corporate orders are custom-made. During busy periods we may occasionally restrict orders to give our team of pastry chefs and chocolatiers time to process all orders received. This is why it is crucial to place your order quickly, especially during busy periods.
