A crunchy confection of Belgian milk chocolate and hazelnut praline, with added shards of salted caramel and bits of caramelized crepes.
This rocher is crafted in our Chocolate Lab where we mix our hazelnut praline (whole hazelnuts roasted in sugar then ground into a paste), hard salted caramel bits, and crunchy bits of crepes. We smooth down this mixture into large sheets which we then cut into perfectly shaped little cubes, and finally we give these cubes a final milk chocolate bath.
The result: a little cube of happiness that marries the sweetness of Belgian milk chocolate with the crunchiness of our famous salted caramel!
