Crunchy shards of our salted caramel dipped in dark
chocolate, with inclusions of almonds and crushed coffee beans.
To make these brittles we start by making our famous salted
caramel, which we cook extra-long so that when we pour it, it hardens into
beautiful golden sheets. We then pour chocolate over the hardened caramel and
mix into the chocolate roasted almonds and crushed coffee beans.
The result is a delicious combination of hard brittle
caramel, silky dark chocolate, and bitter coffee, for an irresistible snack you
won’t be able to put down!
Picked a bag up at my local Winners where the specialty food/ spice aisle is always well stalked. I noticed this because my guilty pleasure is peanut brittle. This is a must try, then hide it because although it’s decadent beyond what your brain is able to comprehend, you might not want to share.

Crunchy shards of hard caramel smothered in Belgian 33%
cocoa milk chocolate full of roasted salted peanuts, in a 100g pouch.
To make these brittles, we pour sheets of caramel cooked to
harden and become crunchy, over which we pour smooth milk chocolate and salted
peanuts.
The result: a sweet and salty snack, crunchy and silky
smooth, and completely delicious!

Quelle déception en ouvrant ma boîte de commande!! Tout d'abord pas de 15% de rabais reçu tel qu'indiqué à l'inscription de l'info-lettre et en plus je reçois UN PETIT SAC de 100 g au gros prix!!! J'attends le suivi et conciliation sur l'erreur de ma commande... Le produit petit format reçu est bon par ailleurs mais quel stress inutile!!

and creamy white chocolate around bitter orange zests and crunchy caramel
shards, for a delicious balance.
We let caramel sheets harden then we sprinkle orange zests and

The items were probably good (I sent them as a gift), but it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the company to ask questions about my order before it was shipped. The Shop confirmation did NOT show the gift message I had included. I was worried that the gift message might not be sent with the order.

Bon jusqu'à la dernière miette.
J'ai dû ramasser les miettes pour y goûter. Mon compagnon, après avoir goûter un biscuit ''Monstre'', a caché le reste. Quand j'ai découvert sa cachette, il ne restait que des miettes.
This chocolate bar is made from our luscious 33% cocoa milk chocolate, and lots of crunchy chunks of caramelized hazelnuts.
To make this bar, you take shelled hazelnuts (hazelnuts that have had their skins removed), throw them in boiling caramel and make sure they are completely covered and shiny. Then you lay out the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and cook them in the oven to bring out their aroma and darken the caramel.
Let the hazelnuts cool, then crush them up in little bits, and pour milk chocolate on top. You need lots of hazelnuts so there’s some in every bite.

This chocolate bar is our version of the classic Florentine. We make it with our 56% cocoa dark chocolate, roasted almonds, liquid honey and crystallized orange peels.
To make sure all the nut and fruit flavors meld and combine with the dark chocolate, we make a roasted almond paste and we incorporate the honey and crystallized orange peels. We then lay out this paste into a flat cookie that we coat with dark chocolate.
