What’s more soothing than a slowly prepared chocolate fondue in the comfort of your home? This artisanal 33% milk chocolate fondue, neither too sweet nor too bitter, is the very definition of decadence. Smooth and rich, sweet and mild; it’s the treat everyone will love to dive into!

Of course, you can dunk fresh fruit, but we like to dip all sorts of goodies: marshmallows, brownies, waffles, and even chocolate cake! You can also enjoy it as a spread, or simply by the spoonful!

Our artisanal fondue is easy to prepare at home – it takes just 20 minutes! Simply boil some water, add the whole fondue pot and wait 20 minutes! Then, gently stir the creamy chocolate and get whisked away by its comforting chocolaty aromas. It’s your fondue – dip anything you like!

This chocolate bar is made of luxurious and sweet 33% cocoa milk chocolate and a crunchy caramelized cookie.

We start by caramelizing the cookie: we make a liquid, golden caramel in which we dunk our cookies. Then, when the cookies are completely soaked through with caramel, we cook them until the caramel hardens and the cookies become crunchy and brittle. Finally, we pour our milk chocolate around the cookies.

This chocolate bar is made from our luscious 33% cocoa milk chocolate, and lots of crunchy chunks of caramelized hazelnuts.

To make this bar, you take shelled hazelnuts (hazelnuts that have had their skins removed), throw them in boiling caramel and make sure they are completely covered and shiny. Then you lay out the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and cook them in the oven to bring out their aroma and darken the caramel. 

Let the hazelnuts cool, then crush them up in little bits, and pour milk chocolate on top. You need lots of hazelnuts so there’s some in every bite.

This 33% cocoa milk chocolate bar is filled with luxurious Speculoos cookie paste.

Speculoos originally comes from Belgium, it’s similar to a gingerbread cookie flavored with cinnamon and cooked until it becomes crunchy. This chocolate bar is filled with a smooth paste made of these cookies. It’s delicious and, at least as far as we’re concerned, impossible to share!

This chocolate bar is made from 40% cocoa vintage milk chocolate that comes from a single plantation in Ghana.

Lucky the gnome is a Chocolate Easter confection; an artisanal creation by our chocolatiers. He is made with of 33% milk chocolate, has a white chocolate beard, and weighs 200g.

We created our bomb collection with the goal of offering you the dreamiest sweet treat out there. It’s the perfect treat when you want to enjoy a little moment of pleasure, put everything on pause and savour something truly delectable. It’s the treat you’ll reach for when those insatiable chocolate cravings hit. And for us, that’s quite often!

The bomb combines everything we’re crazy about: a crunchy shell that crackles in your mouth, a creamy molten centre, an intense burst of chocolate... Is your mouth watering too?

Introducing our latest chocolate bar: the Matcha chocolate bar.

White chocolate 28% with Matcha green tea, crunchy raspberry bits and puffed rice. A marriage between white Belgian chocolate, smooth and caramelized, and Japanese Matcha, an aromatic green tea with vegetal notes, which owes its unique color to the chlorophyll it contains.

The Matcha used comes from the Montreal branch of the Sakao family company, whose parent company is based in Tokyo and which has been cultivating its Matcha in Japan for four generations.

If you have a very sweet tooth, you can find this bar in our 3 or 5 bar chocolate boxes for maximum pleasure.

A surprising milk chocolate lollipop with fruity and sweet candies.

These pop lollipops are chocolate sticks filled with gourmet surprises to melt in a large bowl of hot milk. By shaking them in your hot drink, you can make a delicious hot chocolate at home. And if your lollipop has any chocolate left, you can eat it like that as a reward.

They are handmade in our choco laboratory. They're available online and in all our restaurants.

A delicious milk chocolate lollipop with caramelized hazelnut bits.

This lollipop is a stick covered with chocolate and hazelnut bits that you just have to melt in a big bowl of hot milk. As you stir it in your bowl, all the chocolate flavor is released and turns it into delicious hot chocolate. If any chocolate gets stuck to your lollipop, you can eat it just like that.

All our lollipops are available in restaurants and on our online store. They are handcrafted in our chocolate laboratory in Longueuil.

To make a delicious homemade hot chocolate, simply stir it into a large bowl of hot milk. The chocolate and marshmallow will melt gently into your drink. All you have to do is enjoy it comfortably on your sofa.

A crunchy confection made with Belgian milk chocolate, spéculoos paste, and puffed rice.

A little cube of sweet and crunchy happiness that marries the smoothness of milk chocolate with the unique spiced flavor of spéculoos.

This confection is crafted in our Chocolate Lab; we lay down our spéculoos praline in large sheets, which we cut in perfect little cubes, that we then pass through a curtain of melted chocolate, for a final layer of smooth milk chocolate.

To make our spéculoos paste, we grind into a smooth paste those famous Belgian cookies spiced with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger. It’s this paste that gives our rochers their particular caramelized notes that linger on the tongue.
