Lorsque ma petite-fille a ouvert l'emballage de la préparation pour brownie, lot numéro 211217-1720, que j'avais commandé avec le panier de la St-Valentin, j'ai été très surprise, pour ne pas dire perplexe. L'emballage contenait uu sac de type Ziploc, NON SCELLÉ, contenant la préparation pour brownie. Oh! Côté contrôle de qualité et salubrité, je me posais des questions. N'importe quel malveillant pourrait ajouter quelque chose dans le sac de type Ziploc, car il n'est pas scellé.
De mémoire, lorsque j'ai commandé la préparation pour brownie au tout début du mois de février, il y avait 2 choix: Blondie caramel salé et Chocolat intense. J'avais sélectionné Chocolat intense. L'odeur qui se dégageait de la préparation avant la cuisson était alléchante, certe, mais n'était pas ce que je pensais avoir commandé. On voyait des petits éclats de chocolat dans la préparation, mais la couleur de la pâte était couleur café. Ma petite-fille et moi nous sommes dit que la préparation allait probablement foncir en cuisant. Malheureusement non. Une fois le brownie refroidi, nous nous sommes tranché un morceau et y avons goûté. C'était spécial de voir une ligne de caramel en plein centre des brownie (j'ai pris une photo). Encore une fois, le goût était bon, mais ce n'était pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Merci. Fabienne, Laval
