To solve this problem, we’ve created a dessert that’s the best of both worlds: the Brookie! The perfect fusion of our intensely chocolaty soft brownie and the classic chocolate chip cookie that brings us back to the sweet days of childhood!

Taking out of the oven warm brownies is one of those oh-so satisfying moments! With this brownie cooking mix, your house will smell like chocolate!

This cooking mix will yield one 20 cm (8 inches) square dish of fudgy Belgian 55% cocoa dark chocolate brownie. Let them cool and cut them up in individual pieces, of, for the impatient ones, eat the brownie still hot directly in the dish, with a scoop of ice cream!

A brownie that swallowed up a lava cake! More precisely, a delicious dark chocolate brownie with a soft caramel centre, topped with a toasted campfire-style marshmallow!

To create this brownie, we moved away from the traditional square shape (sacrilegious, we know!). In fact, we had to alter its shape to make room for its gooey caramel heart. The extra-bitter chocolate exterior is just cooked enough to retain the caramel heart, and on top, we’ve dropped a delicate homemade marshmallow.

To make the delectable Ivory brownie, we prepare a rather liquid batter, allowing it to cook longer at a lower temperature without drying out; this gives the brownie its caramelization and smooth, creamy texture.
